30-day return policy

When you shop online at Meandmybox.dk, you have the right to a 30-day return policy, which means you must inform us that you wish to cancel the order and then return the product to us.

The right of withdrawal begins the day you receive the order. If the period expires on a holiday, your deadline is extended to the next working day.

For the right of withdrawal to be valid, there must be no breach of the packaging, and you must inform us no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

Return of goods

If you wish to cancel the order, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a return via your profile. Click on the icon between the shopping cart and magnifying glass at the top right corner.

  2. We will confirm with a return label, which you should use to attach to a secure shipment.

  3. You return the product, and when we receive the product*, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.

  4. The product must be returned to the following address:

When returning, ensure that the products are securely sealed. You are responsible for the package/products until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt as well as the tracking number.

Important regarding returns

We expect you to send the products as soon as possible after notifying us of the cancellation of the purchase, and you must return the products no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent with the cash on delivery service or without delivery directly to the address.

Refund

*Once we have received the products, we will check them, and you will be refunded the amount you paid for the purchase.

We will refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.

Note

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part, due to depreciation of the product if you have actually started using the product, it was damaged while you were responsible for the product, you handled the product in a way other than necessary for you to determine the type, quality, and function, you did not act within the limitations of the right of withdrawal regarding sealing, product type, etc.
