Sales Assistants

Me & My Box is looking for hourly paid store employees for our new shop at Gl Kongevej 136 in Frederiksberg.

About the job:

• Provide our customers with the highest level of service, ensuring they leave the store happy and having had the best experience
• Achieve sales targets
• Ensure the store looks great with products on the shelves
• Handle webshop orders
• Relay useful information to management about customer feedback or anything that can improve our service level
• If you also have skills in jewelry design, you may be tasked with holding workshops (not a requirement)
• Co-coordinator for hosting numerous influencer events
• Other administrative ad hoc tasks, as we also have an office at the address
• Light cleaning tasks

About you:

• You are a person with a positive mindset and always ready for extraordinary customer service
• You enjoy talking to people
• Maybe you are also creative and love designing jewelry (not a requirement)
• Sales-driven and result-oriented
• Independent and well-organized
• Energetic and thrive in a busy work environment
• You will be part of a team of sweet, funny, and energetic people

We sell DIY jewelry boxes through 138 retailers across 9 different markets and run our own webshop.
